While nutrition and exercise are cornerstones of this boot camp, prospective members should know that these two ideas are not the only concepts on the minds of the instructors. Your safety, comfort, and health are at the forefront of each instructor's mind. It's never easy to join a new boot camp program, especially if you're doing something for the first time. The nervousness will subside in time, however. You are challenged to push yourself, but not in the military mindset. Your instructor and classmates want you to do your best and are always on your team cheering you on. Definitely worth trying!
