They are very well rounded and successful in Martial Arts. Experienced in helping victims of domestic violence and street attacks. They've shown they have done a lot of research and have experience in how self defense should be used as that, self defense, and not to know so you can fight people successfully. They educate on legal ramifications of fighting versus true self defense and have a lot of experience dealing with people and the psychology of what happens to the body in real violence. Being safe and making sound preventative decisions to avoid the need to use what we learn is emphasized too but are taught simple but extremely effecting techniques. Sorry if this sounds like an ad for them but this is a great school and I highly recommend them.
