This place has horrible customer service. They are always going through Techs A LOT!!!!!
I travel to this shop 70 miles round trip! I had an appt set for New Years Eve. I have been going to this shop for over a year. I was never called to be told that the tech that I see at the business was no longer there. When I called on Thursday to see what was going on being that I was informed from someone else that the person I see is no longer there, I was told that there is no open appt for me. My first question was ... when was I going to be told this information? When I already drove there and wasted my gas? Then I was called back to be given appt for that same Friday, I was told that I was on the books for one tech, when I called Friday morning to confirm my appt... I was informed that I was on the books for someone else!!!
My issue is that I was never called, and had someone not informed me that the tech that I see was no longer there I would have driven all that way for nothing!
I also received a gift card for Christmas, I was going to fulfill the Gift card however now after all these issues, I asked Dee Dee the owner for a refund because of the customer service.... she answered the phone and asked very rudely stated what can I do for you. I advised her of the situation she then stated that she will not refund the Gift card. I was very upset at this point, she then hung up on me. Stating that it is too bad that I received bad customer service.... not once but twice!!!!!
the bottom line the owner does not care about her customers she cares about money. She does not look at you walking in the door as a client she looks at you as dollar signs.
Further more she treats her employees like crap!!!!!
Please let people know that this is not a place to go and spend money if you care about customer service!!
In between the time that this was all going on I also left several messages for her to never receive a call back!
