The food is spectacular. Today, April 15, 2015, I came in for my birthday lunch. I always like hearing what's on the special because I've had so many great experiences, i.e., the best jambalaya ever! Today I picked one of the specials, White Bean Cassoulett with seared scallops and shrimp with pesto. When I asked if the server can write down the name of the item, Chef & Owner Chris Nestor came out and talked a little about how it was made. Another grand experience at the house. This should be ranked #1 on the Channel 3 A-List.
