  • Basic Training is the best and the original outdoor boot camp! I started in 2014 and after suffering from a weak knee due to runner's knee, I was able to come to basic training and even if I was just walking for a month or so kept working up to doing more and more exercises until I could complete the entire workout after my knee had gained enough strength.. The drill instructor (DI) is very encouraging, supportive and very experienced and knowledgeable about fitness and recovery from injuries. The help DI gave me during my knee recovery and advice for training, helped keep me fit enough to pass a physical training test for a law enforcement job position in which I had to get over a 6 foot wall. DI is personable, fun, and has a great sense of humor! He makes exercise fun and you will become stronger in running, push-ups, core, and legs, a complete workout. It is a very team atmosphere and if you like the military tough love, you will love this workout. Very effective! I personally went from barely being able to do regular push-ups to doing diamond push-ups with ease all with a great cardio and strength training workout as well! The positive vibe you feel during the workout and the endorphin high you feel after the workout keeps you coming back! Thank you DI!! ooohh-raahhh!
